The tension is controlled by excitation current which is more accurate and stable without impacting from winding speed.
An auto-Adjustment system without manual intervention by using closed-loop tension control, which can keep the actual winding tension consistent with setting tension.

Using Modbus RTU (485) communication protocol that can realize network communication, can access the real-time tension data through the PLC, PC, and other industrial equipment, as well as the target tension setup
Equip with a speed sensor to have the function of checking the real-time winding speed
Equip with alarm function for better tension control per the specification being set on (Upper and lower limitation), as well as the wire broken alarm function, and the alarm function can be set up on the Menu.
