We supply coil winding tensioners for Nittoku coil winding machines, TANAC multi-spindle 
CNC Auto winding machine, and other brand coil winding machines. There is description 
about Electronic tensioner as follows:

1. The product uses a special electronic control principle to control the electromagnetic motors that generate tension. The tension is adjusted by a small knob to adjust the input current to set the tension size, simple and convenient.

2. Tension rod connected to a sensor, thus sensing the tension change during the winding to change the tension of the output of the motor to achieve proper steady tension. The whole control feedback is a closed loop. Response time in microseconds.

3. Adopted the non-contact braking, so there is no mechanical friction except the mechanical friction cost by the bearings. To make the set of devices stable, durable, and meet the operation of high-speed got significant improvement.

The tension control core body is installed on the side of the tensioner, and only needs to provide a DC24V power supply from outside, it can be adjusted the tension, and it also with tension attenuation mechanism, wire jump preventer, and Disconnection alarm mechanism.
